Prior to joining Orbis as a mortgage broker, James held several positions in management, engineering and of course residential and commercial real estate.
He has co-founded several real estate companies and has been actively involved in residential and commercial real estate investment projects in Canada (Quebec and New Brunswick) and the United States (Michigan and Florida). James has held a real estate brokerage license with the OACIQ since 2008 and is now a proud chartered real estate broker with eXp Quebec.
